About Training Leaders International
The Center for the Study of Global Christianity estimates that over 85% of pastors worldwide have little to no formal biblical and theological training. Training Leaders International exists to strengthen the church by sending teachers to train church leaders who have low- or no-access to robust pastoral training. We do this by working with local partners to plant and staff seminaries, by sending faculty to live and teach in seminaries abroad, and by conducting certificate-level, genre-based expository training programs.
With our HQ in Minneapolis, MN, most of our staff members reside in the Twin Cities. The remainder of our staff live throughout the US, Canada, and the EU, with our Global Partners living and serving throughout the world.
